I am a pastured pork farmer who believes in humane and sustainable meat production and was able to effectively grow my pasture farm operation from 25 sows to 50 sows in one year while remaining ecologically ethical. I have managed to grow my pasture operation on an even greater scale now now manage an operation consisting of over 600 pigs. I provide consulting services to both established and upcoming pasture farmers by providing training and guidance in pasture management and animal health and nutrition.
